Has anybody tried flattening chips with @Gear lables on them?
I can only assume this would be detrimental to the glue and might lead to lables peeling off.

Anybody out there who tried it?

I have flattened 100s of chips with @Gear labels and (knock on wood) have not had an issue yet. FYI, I use the heating pad method and the chips get to about 135-145 degrees. I leave them in the heating pad for about 15 mins.

I agree that it is better to flatten chips before applying the labels, but like I said above I have successfully run through the process with no harm to the @Gear labels.

Just ran some 43 mm chips with @Gear labels through the flattening machine. I recently got 47 mm blanks from @BR Pro Poker. These work much better for flattening 43 mm chips and avoiding the crease you get from using 43 mm blanks. Gear labels appear fine.
