So, I am very excited as today was new case delivery day! I spent about two weeks on and off measuring everything to make it right. That time was worth it. I really haven't seen a better option for holding poker chips, but I know this is going to be subjective. I had to order everything ahead of time, to measure the dimensions before I had My Case Builder customize the foam. I'm a nut when it comes to quality and precision, and I have to say I'm pretty happy here!

These are KEM cards and the Royal Card Room 43 chips which feel GREAT.

The blank spots in the case are for plaques that I'm going to custom make myself, based on the ones in Casino Royale. I have not seen any that hit the quality bar (even the ones people have custom crafted on this site), so I'm going to take my time and do them right. B&G is no longer around, and Abbiati won't return my calls. They probably don't make them for individuals. MSK wanted a $7000 custom die charge (I could buy my own CNC machine?), and Matsui said they couldn't do it.

That's it! Please excuse the photos, I took them fast! I hope you enjoy the case!

Okay... how big is it?
Like the Space inside, but u could take much more Chips with u, or?

Yes, you could take more chips. As stated earlier the pro foam is pretty ridged, so you can move the rows closer when you lay it out, fitting more chips. You can also do an additional layer, as the depth of the case is pretty deep. All of that is clarified in the tool you use to lay out the foam.

To be clear, this would be a 2000 chip case if you added a layer and moved the rows a little closer to fit 1000 per layer.

This is the case I chose, with two levels, for the 500 chip case.

And here is the new version of the case I got, that’s much more compact, and holds 500 chips with the layer

. I can’t recommend these folks enough, link is above. The other case is great too, but IMO needs another layer which would easily make it a 2000 chip case.

Looks very neat and organized! Personally I think there's just too much wasted space. I have the Pelicans and they're packed with chips; heavy, but definitely need the space. To each their own, I'm glad they make you happy and they're definitely a good option.

Agree 100%. I started with the number of chips I wanted then chose the case that would fit em, but there’s so much more space, you could use. People get really creative with the case builder.

This looks great! Are you able to share what the total cost of a case like this ended up being? I am really considering going the same route.

It's gonna be from $400-$800 depending on the size and the options you choose. One thing I agree with in this thread is, I could have used the space way better. The pro foam I used is pretty ridged, so you don't need to worry about floppy side walls, etc. I could have fit more rows. Also, that first case I made is BIG, not something I can keep in the living room. It's a full time garage resident.

This info is super helpful, thanks!

That is a super nice case. Now I'm curious to see what the cost would be to get just the foam for my Apache cases. Need to figure out the dimensions, unless someone knows if they are the same size as one of the included brands on the My Case Builder site.

Interesting Idea, I'd be curious myself. Second all of this.
