With the WSOP approaching, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for anyone planning a trip out to Vegas. If you'll be in town, feel free to post which days you'll be there and what events you plan on playing.

I'll be playing the 3k HORSE event on June 12th, and will be flying in on the 11th and staying through the 15th. I'm pretty bummed about not being able to play the Razz event as it's on June 9th - the day of my last final exam at school...

I'm heading out from June 13-20th staying at the Harrah's. There is about 8-10 members from my home group that will be out there around that time. Still not sure which event I'll be playing in but it probably will either be the LO8 or a NLHE during that week, but most of my group is leaning towards the LO8 event.

I love LO8. I'm not sure if you've played it before at the WSOP, but get ready for a wild ride! haha. I was one of the chip leaders at the dinner break last time I played it and I busted out within an hour after getting back lol

And I'm a pretty conservative O8 player...

Wsop is on my bucket lists and I envy anyone who can make it.

I have not. Sounds like a blast either way. I would like to play both events, but the hold out right now is I don't want to drop 3k on tournaments. Too much variance for that. If I could sell a few pieces straight up (doing a few swaps with my home game members) or win a smaller satellite then I would at both events this year. If anyone is interested let me know and we can work something out.

flying up early friday july 1st for the $888 crazy eights, staying at the aria. only event i'll be able to make it to but will definitely be playing 5/5-5/10 (or whatever cash games aria has running) otherwise.

I'll be in Vegas from June 2nd to the the 11th... Maybe I'll stay until the 13th, it will depend on how things are going...

I'm playing the Colossus II, 2-7SD and possibly, the Millionaire Maker... I'm also playing the $1,100 DeepStack Extravaganza at the Venetian depending on how the WSOP events shape up... Other than that, I'll be at the Venetian poker room full time... Staying there for the duration as well...

I'll miss you guys in Vegas for only a day or two... Bummer... Looking forward to hearing who else will be there for the summer...
