Found a Palace Club 300 chip set. They’re asking $10 per chip. What’s the estimated value on these?

Its not a playable set, its mixed molds and makers, I'd give them $3 per .10 chip at best.

I think most of the amazing finds doesn't really stay there for too long though. Most of what has been there for a month or so is most likely something that others PCFers did decide to not buy.
