Many thanks. I had a bit of an unfair advantage - From 2000-2002 I was a Paulson wholesaler in Texas. Those Good Luck Casino, CDI's and sample sets have never been played. One of these days I'm going to dig out my old Paulson paperwork just for yucks.

Can you believe my 2nd order was 1,000 of each of these and this is all that's left?? It was also the most popular sample set we sold and we sold several home game sets of 300-500 chips. The Zodiacs were 2nd and CDI's 3rd.

In 2002, Charlie decided all of a sudden that he wanted to get out of the fantasy and non-casino biz. He offered me ALL of their remaining fantasy stock at .30/chip (!?!) but it was 4 months after 9-11 and I couldn't scrape up $40-odd K to save my life - or business. My dad passed away a year and a half ago and he had these in his office. He was infatuated with the old west - particularly Tombstone. There's only 1 complete set there due to the $1 (Doc Holliday) - but if you're interested in a set of the other 5, LMK.

In 2001, I sold over 100000 Starbursts alone. And my sister practically gave away the remaining stock to a sh*tty old boss for .15/chip for reasons that are still unclear. If I only had a crystal ball back then. lol

After I placed my first 10,000 chip order, Charlie sent me 3 or 4 boxes of salesman sample sets and chips. Once upon a time I had a complete set of the aircraft motif above, Generals, antique automobiles and tons of others. My sister sold off a bunch of samples while I was out of town on business. What I've listed is all that remains except our family set of US Playing Card 'Poker & Faro' chips that came from an underground casino called 'The Colonial' (located where DFW airport now sits) and a few pre-packed sample sets in storage. When I find those samples, I'll shoot them up and possibly offer them for sale as well.

I also have gaming tokens from the 1700's. They were the earliest form of chips and are like something out of AMADEUS or DANGEROUS LIAISONS.' I haven't gathered all of them together to shoot yet but I've attached a sample. Just found out exactly what they were a few weeks ago. I thought they were just tokens. Didn't realize they were specifically for gambling and used by the aristocratic class for gaming and parlor betting. Came across some in a box of coins while cleaning out my late father's office and sold them for my mom. The dealer was a collector of antique gaming tokens.

Unfortunately the Air Force sample set is long gone.
