I had these for trade but couldn't find a good trade option. So I will just list them for sale.

Capitol city's look to be unused and all of the stamps look just about perfect. I originally had only 99 chips but i searched high and low and found one chip to complete the rack. Only took me 2 years to find it.

Could you describe the color of the Capitol City 1s there? In the picture they look like "Moss Green" but I have a single chip sample which is more like "Mustard."

Would you say closer to green, or to yellow?
