Full House
Hi,
As you know, I initially posted a thread about the high denoms only (5K to 500K), but a professed Bond/Casino Royale fan (non-PCF), indicated he would prefer lower denoms (for cost reasons), and would I mind designing and adding them to the line up. Well, I did, as you know, and of course this added to the total weight/custom tax debacle etc... and now he is not as interested in them and is 'making enquiries' with a mate who 'might' be interested etc... My fault, as I didn't get $$ upfront and of course there is no contract, but there you are. Normally I wouldn't care as I like them, but I would be hard pressed to run a 25 to 2M tourney in under 4 hours . Essentially they are like a 'third' set to me, and I don't play enough poker to have three, as we mainly play cash, and an occasional tourney (hence the high denoms).
So, I am wondering if anyone is interested in buying the set outright, with DB and cut card, or, should I throw it open to a limited number raffle?
Only interested in covering costs for the chips, not a profit, or any recovery of taxes paid . All my bad luck on that score, but really appreciate those who chipped in to ease that pain. Keen for any comments regarding the means by which these go, not the manner in which they came into existence, thanks .
220 chips (plus extras as supplied by CPC) - 25, 100, 500 and 1,000. Breakdown is BGinGA approved for a $5K tourney for 8-players (70/70/50/30) for (8/8/4/2 stacks).
FOR SALE: $460.00 + shipping anywhere in the world. Express interest below. First in best dressed .
OR
RAFFLE: $10/entry, capped at 46 entries ($460, winner pays shipping anywhere in the world, roughly $65USD to US/Europe). Finer details to be sorted regarding number of entries per person, numbering of entries, and method of drawing (out of a hat works well). It may be that I make it 50 entries to make it easier to draw regarding numbers etc... Any advice on running an acceptable PCF raffle is welcome so it is fair .
Thanks for reading .
