The Ritz are too noisy for my tastes, but the WSOPs are almost too simplistic. Neither one is getting out of the next round, so this is really likely picking the play-in team in the NCAA tounament. That said, my head would hurt having to look at splashed pots full of Ritz chips. By the end of the night, I'd wish we were playing with Ritz crackers instead. In a lackluster endorsement, I'm going with WSOP.

Hardest matchup of the tourney for me. I adore both sets and would flip a coin. Ritz $25 gets knocked a lot but it's one of those chips you need to see in person and in racks and it'll grab ya.

Glad to see my longtime disdain for the Ritz chips is not the unpopular view any longer. Overpriced and over-designed, the only thing they have going for them is decent edge spots, which you can't appreciate because of the gaudy giant inlays. The WSOP main event chips are nice, but definitely in the bottom half of this strong field. And they are crushing the Ritz.

Ritz, photo style inlay and giant inlay both negatives for me here.

WSOP primarie colors are much duller and lifeless than the secondaries, much prefer the secondaries. Plus these spots are NOT 818's.

neither set is making a real statement here but

WSOP +

Ritz color choices diminish an otherwise gorgeous set. Still awesome, but I wish some of the colors popped a bit more.

Careful... I recall VCU taking their play-in game win all the way to the Final Four a few years back ;)

The Ritz look great in racks... but then you see the oversized overly busy inlay and it ruins it for me. WSOP > Ritz. Even though this is a super old topic I don't mind seeing the pron again!

The Ritz break basically every rule in my book: oversized inlays, actual photos used in an inlay, muted $25, monochromatic $100.

And yet they are one of my favorite sets of all time and destroy the WSOP primary set which would otherwise be a contender.
