So about 4 years ago, I had my first set of custom hotstamps done. A member over on CT offered his use of the MGK mold, and hotstamping services. I ordered the blank MGKs, and contacted the legendary J5! J5 knocked it out of the park with his design, and soon the chips arrived, got stamped, and the first Andy's Palace set was born! It was a tournament set, with 4 full racks; T25 TRK Lavender, T100 BCC White, T500 TRK Light Turquoise, & T1K TRK Fire. My only regret was that immediately I wanted it to be larger, to accommodate 2-3 table tourneys (instead of just the Thursday night poker league), and to host deepstacks with a high tourney buy-in. Soon the original seller offered a 2nd run of MGKs, and I added new racks of the previous denominations, plus contacted J5, to add 2 new denominations; a TRK light blue T5K, and a BCC Mauve T25K. The chips arrived, and I sent the dies back to the CT member to finish the set.

I had to wait for 3 years to get the add-ons. The stamper went AWOL for awhile, but I was finally was able to track him down, and get the completed set. He even threw in a few extras, for making me wait so long. I don't want to go into details, but I finally got the finished set right before Thanksgiving!

I still have to oil the new additions, but here are a few photos to start with;

Very nice! (y) :thumbsup:

They look great! Got to love hot stamped solids.

Thanks everyone! The T25s, T100s, & T500s, were Cali-colored inspired.
When it came to the T1K, TRK Fire was just too pretty to pass up! I got a barrel of 5Ks, and 5 X 25Ks oiled today. I plan on using them on Thursday. Action shots will be in my "Life of a Pisces" Thread!

With all the cool spot patterns and color combinations that exist, its still nice to see a set of solids.....makes the set look classy. I love the 1k orange with the rest of those colors (y) :thumbsup:
