Music Shack DEALER button and High Hand Button Group buy (1 Viewer)

I am getting a list together for those who want to have a Music Shack dealer button and/or a High hand button
Here are the designs:
One thing, should I do anything on the side of the dealer???? and What?? Leave the "DEALER on" or change?

Here is the History of the custom set and High hand.

The Dealer button is 60mm = @ $4.00 each
The High hand is 94mm Oval = @ $5.00 each (5.25) updated to the 94mm, You wont pay the .25 cents..

I will shipping will be $3 for 1 to 4 buttons in CONUS, Out side the us we will be exact shipping..
