Here is a cash set of the highly sought after president casino on the admiral chips SECONDARY. Chips are in new/excellent condition, some are even mint.

Set consist of 400 chips in total:

Breakdown:
25c - 150 chips
50c - 50 chips
$1 - 100 chips
$5 - 80 chips
$25 - 20 chips

We will be using the California Pick 3 Daily Lottery numbers to determine the WINNER.(http://www.calottery.com/play/draw-games/daily-3). Each ticket will receive number ranges of equal size determined by the total number of tickets sold.

I will be selling tickets/entries at $30 each for this set. Tickets will be sold until 11:59:59 pm Pacific Time (PDT) on Monday, September 19th or until all slots have been sold out, whichever comes first. A minimum of 37 tickets will need to be sold, with a cap at 40 tickets. If the cap is reached early, numbers will be assigned at that time and the drawing will be held the following day. If the minimum has not been reached prior to the deadline, the deadline will be extended until 37 tickets have been sold, in which case the drawing will be held the following day. If the winning number is an unassigned number, the contest will continue to roll over to the following day's lottery numbers until a winner has been determined.

Contest Rules:

- You may purchase up to 5 tickets/entries.
- FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and TRACKING.
- The winner assumes all risks, however I have made multiple international shipments and an experienced shipper. The chips will be very well packaged.
- The forum time of your posts determines ticket ordering and availability.

Payments can be sent via PayPal 'Friends & Family'. IF USING PAYPAL, PLEASE ENTER YOUR FORUM USERNAME IN THE 'NOTES' FIELD AND NOTHING ELSE! DO NOT ENTER "RAFFLE" OR "PCF" IN THE NOTES AS THESE WORDS CAN FLAG THE PAYMENT FOR REVIEW IN PAYPAL.

Hmm I just sent it Friends and Family. Really weird PayPal charged me a .30 cents fee. Totally could care less about the nominal fee but am curious as to why. Is this because OP is international? Or have I just exceeded some sort of limit.

This is one of the smaller raffles with the much higher winning %!
 
I was just thinking one thing that might increase the likelihood of people doing this is if you include international shipping. IE just add two more raffle tickets to cover the shipping or whatever it will cost and that way someone is only gamboling the 30 bucks to win and not spending 105 (not that its not worth 105 if you were to win it most certainly is :) ).
