$650.00 shipped in the US (new, this exact same break down would be close to 1k shipped). I will ship outside the US. Anything over 25 bucks will be covered by the purchaser.

$600.00 if its purchased at a meet up that I will be attending and I can deliver it to you.

As of now it would be @Trihonda or @Jeff 's meet up.

Break down:

Set is a T100,000k tourney set.

Starting stacks of

10 x 500
10 x 1k
11 x 5k
3 x 10k plaques

The set break down is as follows

210 x 500
260 x 1k
223 x 5k

693 chips

63 x 10k plaques
20 x 25k plaques
7 x 100,000k plaques

90 plaques

2 dealer buttons

50 of the 5k chips are a slightly different color. I used them in a tourney and nobody even noticed. It's a lot more prevalent on the pictures than in person.

The 25 and 100's aren't included

come on guys. 725.00 shipped is a great price for a two table tourney.

I've never posted on eBay before (actually I don't even have an account, lol). If these don't sell I might have to recruit someone to sell these on eBay for me.

No loss.....its a giant PITA :)

I'll start the bidding at $1 for you to generate buzz ("OMG, Max is bidding so it must be the place to bid")
....you'll have your $725 bids in no time (you're welcome)

But in all seriousness, its an awesome set and good luck with the sale (I'm sure you'll do fine)

You might try your auction by setting a low starting bid price, but adding that there is a reserve price (i.e. the price the auction must reach in order for it to sell). You'll likely garner more interest and see how many people are willing to bid how high. When you start your auction price on the higher end of the spectrum it can discourage action.

You could list your reserve price openly or you could state that it's hidden (although based on your OP we have an idea of where it would be anyway)

While I'm not really into ceramics this is a pretty cool set. If I wasn't dealing with paying down bills, then saving for my own customs (and now this car accident bs) I would probably be interested in this set, I like the theme and look.

I appreciate the comments. I know I will not accept anything less than 725.00. I figure I'll just start there. Its a great price for this set. Worse case, it doesn't sell and I get to keep it :)

Auction format is closed. However the set will stay on sale until the end of the month at the 725.00 shipped price tag.

Beautiful color contrasts in this set.

The design is awesome. Flows well from chip to chip to plaque. If this doesn't sell by the end of the month then I get to keep them. Sell them and I win. Don't sell them and I win :D

bump..........buy my zombies so that I can buy these from @DMZ http://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/bcc-grand-cardroom-set.8937/#post-119054

OP updated with the price. Also posted it on CT. Will consider posting it on other outside/non poker sites.

fwiw, this set would cost 950+ shipping new.

Thanks Links. I put the add in my signature as suggested. Its posted on CT and here. I think I'll try a few of the other online resources first before going to eBay.

Thanks

B

Just curious you were so happy to be reunited with these this summer. Why do you want them gone now?

I am personally not a fan of zombies, but they are nice chips. Very cool colors.

cuz I'm sick and twisted

@Poker Zombie Its not in my budget to own two high end tourney sets. I like these. They must go. Of course, if I win the tourney on SAT. maybe I'll change my mind, lol.

Yeah, I know that feeling. I'd buy these on a lark, but I know they would never hit the felt. But me decisions aren't always the best. I couldn't afford 2 high end sets either. So now I have 3.

Building MSK Jeton/Plaque set now for high end set 4. Plus the Trek/Majestics set so, set 5. Currently anticipate getting the MSKs in 2 years.

When my cpc's get here I'll have two high end cash sets. That is fine. I host way more cash games than tourney's. I can justify it. Plus all of my poker purchases come out of my poker bankroll. I just spent 30% of my bankroll on two chip sets in the last month, lol.

I'm going to be attending two meet ups that I will be driving to. If anyone wants that is attending the MTTD meet up that would like to purchase this set. I'll sell it for 600. The condition would be that I deliver it to you at the meet up (shipping is going to be 30 'ish bucks).

If interested, please holler.

I'll also make the same offer if the Chicago meet up happens.

Bill

You're looking at it all wrong detroitdad. The trick is to amass enough chips to be buried in a secret chamber with a la pharaoh style.

Um, what you mean, IF?

Lol, I worked that weekend, but took vacation time so I could attend... I'll be at Jeff's whether there's a meetup, or not! Ha!
