Triangle-Clubs Chips - Black and White (Cream?) marked Fabulous Las Vegas and with a Horseshoe

Tri-Clubs I stumbled into while looking for color slides. These are essentially unused and appear near new. Any history appreciated - seems these were often used in dealer schools, and have not been made in this pattern for over 20 years. These are 10g weight.
