   2. No Reserve. The Starting Bid of this auction will be treated as the Reserve Price.

I think in all fairness to the OP they didn’t need the whole rack that was won and this was done as an auction rather than a listing. The starting point was lower than cost and market forces simply happened. I know I’ve certainly done my share of overbidding.
