I'm going to go out on a limb and say "yes" (anything's possible), but it wouldn't turn out well. I believe removing an inlay all but trashes a chip, and I don't think it'd be time-effective.
I actually asked David at CPC about this over the weekend bc I wanted to have the inlay removed from my 8a14s vs ordering a new set and he said it's physically impossible
