"large" inlays is not specific enough. I believe what you are talking about are the "grand" inlays. The ones where the inlay covers some of the top hat and cane.
posting a pic of the chip you are looking for would eliminate extra explanation.

Just so you know the grand inlay $1 chip pic you posted is actually made by BCC on the sun mold. I dont know if any paulson $1s were made with the grand inlay. someone with better knowledge will chime in on this tho.

Looks like Paulson did make a $1 chip using the grand & giant inlay on the RHC mold. The BCC version seems to be more common. Good luck with your search.

I’ve been looking for these for awhile now with little success. One of the other forum members bought the last 380 chips from The Chip Room earlier this year. Luckily he sold me 180 and even with a more enormous amount of luck, another forum member sold me a barrel and a couple of spares to finish out my second rack. I’m so thankful for both. I would love to have another barrel or even a few good condition spares to swap out with a few of my chips. These seem to be tough to come by. I’ll keep an eye out for us and let me know if you find a few to a barrel.
