Offered for sale is a rack of powder blue Starbursts (my guess is Sky Blue for the official color) in good to decent to used to overstamp condition. Asking price is what I paid a couple of months ago from a fellow chipper: $77 shipped in CONUS, rack not included.
Of the 100 chips, approximately 40 are in good condition - hot stamp is clean on both sides, edges are square but not sharp, maybe a little cross-hatching left if you close your eyes and imagine real hard. 30 are in decent condition - hot stamp is starting to wear on one or both sides. 19 are definitely used with the hot stamp in worn condition. 11 are overstamps in various condition. No significant warping issues with any of them and they all stand on edge. They have been cleaned and oiled but were very thirsty and would probably benefit from another treatment.
