Are these Icon or RTP chips?
Those are even cheaper than his pre-sale price
Pre-sale prices are almost always higher. First-in opportunity, and a guaranteed purchase. Not the case when the chips later go up for grabs in a legendary TCR sale thread...... stuff sells out in minutes.

Hi guys this chips can by labeled? and the yelow rack is Chipco ? is for a member of my poker club want one cheap set for travel.

I'm not sure about the recess/relabeling, but the yellow rack (with edge 'the casino') is indeed Chipco, and different from all the rest.
