They are, but they are also $1.35 per and shipped for free - so even if they are disposable I figure I got my $$ worth.

Sure. My issue was more with fitment. They don't fit paulsons or china clays 20 to a barrel so they are basically useless to me. If they fit some of your chips then fill your boots !

I think thr model number indicates these are the 70mm barrel racks which are made to fit the heavier 14g ABS chips.

As opposed to the 68mm version which I have and is a better fit for my chipcos and 11g abs chips.
