Up for auction is a rack of obsolete 1990s Treasure Island $1s.

All inlays are textured and good chance these are leaded. They come in at 198Gs and were produced in the 90s.

As typical w Steve Wynn blues they are not consistent but I did my best to find a rack that was as close as possible w the darker blue.

These chips are casino used, but I went thru each inlay and none of them are faded/stained and most chips are in good+ condition.

Very rare rack. Took me a long time to collect this rack single by single.

Auction starts at $550. If there are no bids I would entertain trades.

I gave them a quick dunk in hot water + dawn and no mineral oil.

Interesting
It is interesting. My guess is that your sales price will approach a grand. It should. You won’t find a single on eBay for much less that $10 shipped, so from that perspective the rack is a total steal at the opening bid.
But on the other hand, I’ve spent a fair amount of time chasing chips that nobody else was chasing. And sometimes when I end up trying to sell, I've seen that people would rather have JACKS just like everybody else, just because they’re out there. Everybody knows exactly what they’re worth. Nobody knows what these are worth and most of the dullards out there will want the instant gratification of a second rack, shipped overnight, nicely padded.

I wish you luck, though I don’t think you’ll need it. I expect there’s a few guys eyeing this uniqueness and hoping to snap it up at the last second.
