With 108M chips in play, did anybody get a look at the chips they were using at the final table? Especially once they got to heads up, I figured they needed 1M chip and maybe a5M chip out there, and wondered what they looked like.
Also, you have to read the final hand...at the showdown both players thought they won, but 1 was sadly mistaken. Description below: Blinds: 1M/2M 300k ante
Jiri Horak raises from the button to 5,000,000. Ben Keeline pushes all-in and has Horak slightly covered.
Ben Keeline shows Jc Js and Jiri Horak flips over Ad 9c.
The flop comes 9s 7h 3s hitting Horak's nine, but Keeline is still ahead.
The turn is the 6s.
The river is the As. Both players simultaneously celebrate when the ace hits. Horak runs over to his entourage on one side of the room and Keeline heads towards his own gaggle of supporters and falls backwards onto the floor and lays there in exaltation. Horak and a number of his fans think he has spiked the ace for the win, but do not recognize that Keeline has the spade flush. It takes a moment, but Horak realizes he's been defeated and walks over to Keeline to congratulate him and shake his hand.
