Just hate losing a hand like this but I think folding turn was my only real choice. Looking for feedback.

Folds to Hero in SB with AKo. Hero opens to 3BB, BB 3 bets x3 to 9BB, Hero 4 bets 3x to 27BB. V calls. Ranges here are pretty narrow.

Not the best flop for hero, but as the 4 bettor, I have AA and KK in range where V just called so is probably QQ - TT, AK.
Because of range advantage Hero cbets flop about 1/3. V calls which IMHO removes AK from his range.

Now I know X this turn is a huge sign of weakness and V jams.
The 2h doesnt change anything so I probably should have bet turn with the range advantage, but if V calls I'm jamming pretty much all rivers, repping AA/KK and dont feel great about that line. I think best case I'm chopping but there are so many hands I'm behind here that I cant call this jam only to chop. Hero folds.
Thoughts?

Yeah I would played it the same on some occasions. Sometimes I just flat the 3-bet preflop instead of 4 betting. 4 betting does give you more info on his hand range, but you can also pot control and lose about the same amount as if you 4 betted and get to see more cards. Since you 4 betted, I don't see anything wrong with checking the flop bc his range is pretty narrow and you can just check-call. If Villain had queens, they would probably check back. If you flat the 3-bet preflop you could check-raise the flop to see where you're at too instead of 4-betting and you might get to see a free card. Just change it up so you're not too predictable. I do like 4 betting with AK to keep your hand range wider, but you can also flat with AK KK AA QQ to disguise your hand and pot control. Either way seems fine as long it doesn't give out your hand range to predictable.
