Lol yep, wouldn’t list it if i didn’t think the cat was already out of the bagLol been working on these for over a week. Guess he went to eBay........ they were listed on letgo
Oh well
Yeah. Id say like... 1.25 would peak my interest. Even 2 each is a little much for my tasteNo way he gets 15k out of them. He offered them to me at 2 bucks a chip a few days ago
Yeah had him around there. Would have snapped if the $1s were different or the breakdown was half decent, or they didn’t have an over stampNo way he gets 15k out of them. He offered them to me at 2 bucks a chip a few days ago

I wouldn't bet that these even sell. Some people who post crazy inflated prices may be old and stubborn and might pass away before they are even willing to negotiate or drop the price to a reasonable level where they would actually sell.Still a cool set, but I think he will be surprised by what they actually end up selling for.
eBay and letgo should come up with a sister site called 'holdonto' where they can move irrationally overpriced items from sellers to declutter their listings.Lol been working on these for over a week. Guess he went to eBay........ they were listed on letgo
What’s that? Europe group buy!?
@Gear , would over labeling be possible with cancellation stamps on top of the inlay? Not sure what the stamps are made of and if they change the consistency of the inlay where the stamp is placed.
So it basically is a hot stamp, got it. That drags the value of the chip down quite a bit. I wouldn't pay more than what you guys have suggested so far. $1.25 or so a chip, but only because they appear in decent condition. It's a shame, because I like the $5 chip.I wouldn't recommend it.

^^ This. Those $5s would make a great base for more than one cash set (relabeled, murdered, or as-is), and the $25s can be repurposed as $1s or fracs. And some folks dig white solids as $1s (especially leaded). Still plenty of meat on the bone at $1.50-$2.00/chip for the lot, imo.I think the 5s and 25s are worth more than 1.25 a chip. Maybe like 2 bucks a chip each. They are still leaded thcs with shaped inlays. I really like the 25s and the 5s are pretty nice. The over stamps can be removed also atleast mostly. The 1s however are probably around a buck a chip and there is like 2400 of them. I think if you could get the lot for 1.25 to 1.50 a chip that would be a fair price.
