I contacted the seller and he is willing to ship. He wants $550 for the set, which is fair for NPS considering how infrequently they are sold. I'm sure some negotiation can still happen.
As some of you may know, I buy a lot of chips off these type of sites and don't like to spend too much if the risk is high. I would say that this is a decent deal, but I probably would not send $550+ to a stranger and hope he ships. The purpose of this thread is to let you know in case you wanted to arrange a pickup from another PCF member.
