Wanted 300x Red Chips for Relabel (1 Viewer)

I'm looking to buy 300x red chips for a relabel project. Objectives:
- Paying between $1 - $3/chip - whatever market price is for particular chips.
- Both RHC and THC molds are okay - no house molds or others
- Mint is great, but some wear is OK too. Just as long as they are priced accordingly
- Prefer to buy all 300x at once, but would buy as little as a rack at a time if it's a chip that's somewhat available on the secondary market
- The more complex the edge spots the better
- I have a few things I'd trade - racks of 1995 & 1996 WSOP chips, Cleveland Secondaries, Cleveland 100 primaries, Dover Downs 1s
