I like the slightly elevated presence of a 40mm chip vs standard 39mm chips. Sets of bigger chips like 43 & 45mm tend to get quite bulky so 40 is the sweetspot for me.

I have a tournament set of 39mm which I like, but I ordered some nice 43mm bounty chips to go with it, and after having those and shuffling them I ordered a cash set of 43mm.
