I have been chatting with this guy on FB that makes these displays. I am in talks with him about making the displays more chipper friendly.

I told him to get rid of the dice chip style and go with a classic mold on a solid display. I gave him all the mold designs. Also had an idea to do a house mold chip that featured all the chips from that casino.

He asked what casino chip to replicate. I told him a display with a graphic might be too busy and maybe stick to a solid color with maybe classic edge spots. Anybody got some input I can relay to this guy? He is asking a decent price for these on casino chip collectors fb group.

What do ya mean? My post? Lol

Had to follow or hard to follow? Lol
Just looking at that huge dice chip makes this thread hard to follow. Maybe if he did a 312 spot pattern on a THC mold or a bear claw pattern on a different mold it might be easier to look at.
That dice chip is hard to look at. Maybe if it was a different pattern or mold design it would look better and be easier to look at.
That dice chip sucks and I don’t like opening this thread because of it.

To me, the white hat/canes and lines are merely distracting, taking focus away from the displayed chips.

I'd replace the hats with six more holes for chips, and print in either all-white or grey. Bright colors will either clash with or hide the chips.

May also want to add push-out holes in each recess so chips can be easily removed.

Not to mention a THC has 8 hat and canes and this one has 6 with arguably 6 more hidden behind the chip cut outs.

Id do something simple like a 312 pattern (no mold) or even a 3DS314.
