Printed items for Sale
Since I was at max limit of characters for a post and could no longer add items I left the E-Rack Portion below and started a new and hopefully more organized listing for everything else here-

E-Rack price list current as of 1-26-25

I have never been to this corner of PCF before. So glad you are offering these 3d printed products.

I own a set of racker stackers and I love them. Well done. Work perfectly. I recommend to anyone considering.

I am considering the 8012-1...I will wait till I receive my new dealer buttons from Justin's group buy to decide.

the 208 light up? Is that what LED means? Would love to see a pic with it lit up if that is the case.

usb powered led light.

There should be a few new versions for acrylic dbs soon as well that I'm working on.

Would love one of the 8012-1 racks.
Not sure if this is a sales or dibs thread or what so if I’m out of line please forgive.
I'm new to this. Hoping it's similar to classified section where a post is needed in order to leave feedback.
Rest of details via pm.
I should have a few done with pics added to this listing later in the week.

Have you devised anything that holds a deck of cards in compression?

You could call it the Kem-Kompressor.
Or the Kempressor.
All naming rights reserved in perpetuity. Available for use for a small fee.
Nope.
To flatten?

Hmm. Willing to try.
Any suggestions on design?
I’m my mind I was picturing a card well with a hinged lid with a catch-type closure. You close the lid and can press the top down to apply pressure to the cards inside the well. So the lid fits inside the well. I attached a crude drawing.

If the hinge is a problem, use a slot and tab on the back of the lid to hold the back of the lid down. Multiple slots to adjust for amount of pressure and thickness of deck. Filler cards can be used to fill the gap if there is one.

What if it had like slots/rails on the side and you could slide the top in at multi able depths? Kinda like this box

This is for one deck only?
Getting decks in and out may be a challenge or keeping them lined up.

In my head I picture a regular card rack extra deep then a top with that protrudes exactly where the cards are and a few wing nuts around outside to tighten to desired pressure.

I was thinking one deck per device.

This sounds like a good way too.

This is what I came up with.
May need inserts to overbend. Maybe different amounts of curve depending how bowed the cards are?

Bolts and wing nuts could be used or just embedded nuts and whichever type of screw is preferred. I modeled for 1/4-20 nuts and Philips head machine screws since that's what I had handy.
10-32 or a metric size could be used for final design if preferred.

Thoughts?

Inventory pic also updated.
43mm Sparky Stackers now available.
43mm, 40mm, 39mm
