FYI, I'll be shipping these in a flate rate padded bubble mailer, with extra padding inside. They're pretty sturdy, so I feel 90% safe with this method. If something goes wrong, we'll work it out.
Here's a picture with some Paulsons. The $5's are mint 39mm chips, just to show how tight they are. (The $20's aren't mint, so there's a bit more play) You can just squeeze in a dime. Not quite Paulson racks, but you're not gonna get much closer.
