The seller won't ship and someone is apparently looking at these chips today (hopefully it's one of us). They have a Bicycle chip card, but they are clearly not Bicycle chips. This is cross-posted and one of the pics had a better quality, clearly showing HHR chips.

Damn....it's not me, but that's a 4 hour round-trip drive for me......
Maybe @Kyle would be closer...?
