Look into the ones from Palm. If I recall correctly they are around $3 each not including shipping. They fit really well. I think people were getting these for the Horseshoe Clevelands.

Yeah, I ordered 10 ($43 shipped) and only needed 5. I put the other 5 for sale here in the classifieds for $21.50 plus shipping, and I think they were sold within the hour.
