Canceled 50 PAULSON CHIPS MOLD FOR RELABEL (1 Viewer)

Would like to make a 5k for my Classic tourney set and seeing as how I'm somewhat oblivious as to what's out there in comparison to you chip connoisseurs, any suggestions or availability for some funky colored chips using the same mold that I can relabel into 5k's?

I have the all the Classics 1/5/25/100/500/1000. I've thought about searching for some 10's which I see quite often and relabeling those into 5k, but didn't think I was doing that denom any justice with just a plain blue. Thought maybe if I got my hands on a really rich violet or pink of that mold, would work better. Just not sure if that color in that mold even exists.

Now that you mention that, I like the NPS 500 and think it would make an AWESOME 5K in the classics. Are the rights to the classic labels owned by anyone or has Gear done those?

All of the Paulson home market artwork is owned by somebody. J5 did several of the designs.

Could be somewhat of a shot in the dark but if done, I think would be cherry on top of the Classic tourney set.

Well wait a sec, are you using the purple $500 for your T500?

Yeah, if this is the case, I'd think you'd want to restrict a T5000 to either a white, red, blue, or gray. Not purple.

Nope, no pink or violet chips on the PAULSON CHIPS mold.

I'll dig and see if there are some grays out there or bright reds. I dont mind using some of the extra 5's I have out of the 350 available but prefer a brighter color.

The words are smaller and theres a ring around the inlay. Almost looks like it was meant for a larger inlay

Very interesting. Two almost identical molds when looking at them briefly, not so much when you point that out.

It’s the same thing with Paulson’s “The Authentic” set, a blend of Classics/NPS colours but using that slightly different mould.

I'll second the undesirable part. With the exception of the edge spotting on the hundo, they're quite meh

Same spots on nps and noir hundo.
As far as your 5000 goes are you ok with the whole set having the same spot patternthen a different 5000? I would relabel the $1-$5 or $10.

I think the $5 will do if I decide to keep it perfectly uniform. If for some reason I all of a sudden DGAF, I’ll do one with a different spot patter
