Chips are in used condition. Lots of nicks on edges of chips. All chips with large chips on the edges, overstamps or majorly faded hot stamps have been picked out and sold as scrap. All chips have been through an ultrasonic cleaner. Most stand easily on edge. No bicycle tires. Tons of life left in these. Top pic came out a little blue. Bottom 4 pics are actual color. If it makes a difference I can make two more racks available.
