Not Mine 750 Paulson California Bell Club Poker Chips (1 Viewer)

This is a pretty good set... not the breakdown... don't often see racks of the 50c. The barrel of $100 is worth $100 to $200 on its own. If it had a rack of black $20s... I would really consider it.

If I recall, the $5s are not too hard to come by. Add 3-6 racks of $5s and you might have a decent set.

Im pretty sure the seller is a CTer.
That avatar is the same as a CT member anyways ... cant just be a coincidence.

Nice set. Whoever bought this...if you want to trade denoms, I have some .25, .50, $1 and $5. I would like to trade for $2, $10, $25 and $100. PM me.

These definitely represent some of the better. Love that barrel of hundos. The price is good, but most new owners will be upset at the ~7g weight from wear. I used to have a set and I still have a love/hate relationship with them.

Mel, I thought you are into mint to exc chips only...Cali Bells have been known to be pretty beat up and rounded esp. lower denoms.

i want one beat up set, --a couple attractive feature of these used chips is the ability to run it through the ultrasonic (kinda huge), and I think the condition of the various denoms are pretty similar (I could be wrong). In any case, you are probably right! Good thing I didn't see them, saved me from myself!!

I have a 2000+ set of these and I love the colors and the rich history of this cardroom but the major complaint by players is the "bicycle tire" condition. "How come these aren't sharp like your mint Pharaoh's set?" Spoiled brats. LOL  :ROFLMAO:

Im too afraid to put my Mint chips (silks) in play, but not a fan of playing with super used (outpost 1's) chips either. Ugh, need a middle ground set ... :(

I picked these up. Showed up on my eBay search and snap bought. "Pay now ask later" is my chip motto.

I actually prefer used chips to mint. My players didn't like a few of the mint chips I had before because they were cutting up their fingers and were harder to shuffle.

But it depends on how used, like if 21 fit in paulson or chipco rack slot then that's too used for me. These looked to be about the condition I like, but I'll have to see when I get them.

I like to play with what I called Excellent-Casino Used condition. Stands on edge but slightly rounded...shuffles great, stacks great and doesnt cut or grind when playing with them. I'm almost done with a mixed set in this condition that I plan on custom labeling for my weekly game. I'm going to beta test it next week to see if there are any complaints from the masses.

Oooh, now I'm excited!

@joeyshin, I'm curious if those hundos have the metal inlay or the orange shaped inlay.

I recognize the eBay name. That's Bad Toad from CT. Good guy and I always had good transactions with him. I bought my Horseshoe Gardena set from him.
