How does it save time by asking other people to make offers. I think it saves much more time just listing a price.

I have a hard time getting my head around this because everywhere else in the world the seller provides a price rather than asking potential buyers to suggest a price.
 
Cinci 2's sold I still do however have 200 of them left but will only sell by the Rack now
