Not Mine 800 par-a-dice cash set (1 Viewer)

Thanks for the HU, but I think I'm good!

I have been out of the chip market for a while (saturated). A buck a chip seems high for the Par-a-dice chips which are nice but very casino used. I have a large set similar to what Courage has but I think I paid closer to 50¢ per chip. I know the prices have risen but this set doesn't have many higher denom chips.

Educate me. Is this a reasonable price?

That's a bit high for PAD's, IMO. I'd put the $5's and $25's collectively at no higher than $300, and even that might be a stretch. The $1's could fetch a higher price on their own since there's a few people seeking them. At least $100/rack of $1's, I'd guess...maybe significantly more. For giggles, let's say they're at $150/rack. All together, and after a set discount, that puts the lot around $700-$725ish on the high end. That's probably a little generous, but not *too* far off. For the low end...probably around $550.

In today's crazy eBay market, who knows how much that set might fetch. People have been buying Paulson mold home chips for crazy prices. They're admittedly going to be in better shape than the PAD's, but not hundreds of dollars better. So who knows. Dude might find the right buyer on eBay and top four-figures if he decides to go that route.
