Not a fan of those unicorn fracs however. I had a rack back in the day, very light and slippery with half-assed hotstamping. I would value 2 racks of those at about $40 personally.

Good point. I didn't even look, just assumed they were paulsons.

They were originally posted for $700 on let go. I contacted and said but he raised it to $1000

He's not likely to get anything close to his eBay asking price ($1200 for 1000 chips, including 300 used plastic quarters worth maybe $75 total, tops). Nothing of value over $1/chip there except maybe the 50c chips.
