Yep -- one of the nicest giant inlay sets. Both the 25 and Hindi / hundo are terrific, imo.

All the Aces chips that I've personally come across (though not a huge amount, maybe a couple racks) were all in Excellent to Near Mint condition. Was there a story behind these chips if they were ever used, or was there a lot of secondary stock that made it to the open market?

Yep! I believe that is the case for the $2, $3, $25 and $100s. Can't remember the $5s but I think there were quite a few mint/minty racks. The $1s though, they were 99% used. Only a handful of racks of mint $1s are around.

The best info I've found is that Aces was open and the chips were in use from November 2008 until January 2013 in two different locations in Everett and Arlington. Their FB page "Aces Casino and Sports Bar" is still open, but the Web site is gone.

All the $1s I've seen have been quite used, the $5s a bit less so. $2s and $3s are mint, $25s near mint, $100 excellent to near mint.

I have (guessing here):
$1 x 500
$2 x 1600
$3 x 1500
$5 x 400
$25 x 300
$100 x 200

The $2s and $3s are intended for limit games, if that ever happens again... :(
