I’m excited to finally consider this set complete and ready to label so I thought I would post some pics. This set has been a few years in the making/cleaning lol. I will probably still look for a few more 5s and 1s. But it’s definatley complete enough to re-label.

My breakdown will be

100 brown .05 Thc
100 pink .25 Thc
400 1s (need 49) Thc
400 5s ( need 72) Thc
200 green 25s bcc no mold
100 black 100s bcc no mold
100 white 500s bcc no mold

The 25s through 500s are 43mm no mold bcc chips. They are big and chunky and they weigh 13.35, 14.15 and 14.15 grams each. They feel super soft and shuffle great. I love them.

It’s kind of funky set, and is the first time I’m going to be mixing molds in a set. It covers every stake I will ever play and I think it’s going to come out great. I’ve never actually finished a project before lol. I’m going to finish this one though and I will update with some pics when I get labels and get the set finished. I’m thinking labels over instead of murder.

I’ve had most of these chips for a while, but I cleaned and oiled most of them by hand and it takes me forever. I also decided to use the pink as .25 I thought it was too bright at first but I like it a lot now.

Amazing set. I would also cover the top with labels. I don’t understand at all this strange fashion of destroying chip labels in order to simply stick stickers, like on cheap chips.

I love this set, especially the oversized no-mold upper denoms!

It might seem weird to some, but i love it.

I understand all this. But from chips in which the label and the body of the chip are one, we get chips that are similar in design to CC.

Or Bud Jones, Matsui, Abbiati, Bourgogne et Grasset. Or any hybrid ceramic.

Labels should be sized correctly to that it can be inserted as seamlessly as possible into the original inlay space. It looks almost indistinguishable from any casual (or even detailed) observation.

Looks like you could use the classic rant  :ROFLMAO::

Nice work Colter! The $1s are the best feeling chips ever.

I do like the 1s a lot, I wish they wouldn’t color transfer quite so much though lol. That dark blue dirties up the spots and labels pretty quickly when shuffling.

Great looking and unique set, however I'm afraid the stack heights would tilt me a lot. How absurdly thick are those BCCs?

Wait, like full murder and replacement is happening yeah? Yeah?!

I fu**ing love this quirky setup. Yes please.

This looks and sounds and feels like a forever set to me. But, if you ever decide to sell for an unreasonable amount, please ping. Quintoo and I are in the business of paying rediculous prices for quirky chipsets.

But still different chips. They don't present themselves as clay.
I completely agree with you that if the work is done carefully, without gaps, then it looks amazing. There are no questions here.
But why do people choose to kill them instead of just sticking a label on top? Even where most Paulson chips allow relabeling without problems.

Everyone has the right to do whatever they want with their chips. ;)
But then these same people post ads: “Guys, I PROFESSIONALLY killed these chips for you! You don’t have to do it yourself!” :ROFLMAO:

Because there is not enough recess depth to put a laminated label on top of an existing inlay without creating spinners.

What do you think about these as .25s instead. I have 2 good cond racks.

Love the feel of these old horseshoe mold chips. I think I might go with these instead and skip the .05
