Sitting Out
Hi all
I'm in the process of ordering a "semi-custom/custom" Rounders cash game and a tournament set.
I'd like to stay as close to the originals from the movie but will likely do the following color changes.
Not too sure about all of them and looking for suggestions hence making this thread.
Additional information and my questions can be found below.
All the color and chips samples in the following pictures are cleaned and oiled.
Rounders Color Chart:
1. Rounders WHITE $1 Chips
What do you think about the White base color so it pops more?
Is it too much and it'll stand out among the other Rounders chips?
2. Rounders RED $5 Chips
This chip is where I don't particularly like the base color.
I saw the color chart that I inserted above and just to be sure also asked David Spragg.
He confirmed that the $5s have a Red base and the $25s a Green one.
For me it looks like the Green color pops a lot more than the Red one.
In my opinion the Retro Red would be more fitting and pair better with the Green $25s.
The Red looks darker and imo pairs better with the Retro Green.
I made some comparison pictures.
The pictures are made with my phone so the lightning is not perfect.
Do you think these color changes will go well with each other? (when comparing the whole chip set)
Maybe others with color samples can compare it better and give feedback.
Thank you for your help!
