Not Mine Aluminum Cases (1 Viewer)

I never trust anyone that puts $1 in the ad title and $15 in the text.

Sellers usually do that when they are offering various prices for various quantities. I don't care for that either, but not sure what their options are, or that it makes them less trustworthy.

Option A: Don't put a price in the title
Option B: Put the cheapest price per unit and a title saying "as low as"
Option C: Put the highest price and hope people read to get a volume discount.

$1 is a flat out lie to make me look closer. I do not trust anyone who would lie just to make a sale.

You've clearly put more thought into this than I have. Yep, he could have listed $15. Even $10 would have been more legit. When I list on CL, I just list the price in the title. So, As low as, makes sense, if you can fit it in the title. I hardly ever click if there's no price, or when I do, I expect it to be "rare" and priced very high. If I see $1, i might click, then decide if the text seems shady, or if I want the product enough or not I guess the sellers have learned too much from national marketers. I work for a company that has to list their exact price, so I get your agitation.
