Hi,

I'm currently helping a casino to change all their shufflers.

I've sent quotation request to multiple sources, one of them being american gaming supply.

Do some of you have some experience with them? Are they reliable, with good quality product ?

Regards
Giuliano

Off topic but anyone else reading this thinking how do we get these used shufflers to our market?
Best of luck with your question OP
We could start by asking @frenchips. Whatcha going to do with those used shufflers man? What kind are they?

The only thing I’ve ordered from American gaming supply is table felt. It was OK, but I would order elsewhere next time.

I didn't want to come off thirsty... but yes what types of shufflers? We want them dibs on one hahahaha

If the casino can and agrees to sell their old shufflers, you will be all the first to know!

Coming back to the initial question, can we trust american gaming supply?

They seem to be a reputable company. I just didn’t think the felt was top-notch. Have not bought a deck mate from them though

This guy's got access to a casino and all you want are used shufflers? Shame on all of you. @Tommy please change the name to Poker Shuffler Forum
Hehe, I see where you are going, but I don't have chips to sell from them ^^ they are really, REALLY possessive about their chips, and we can't exit the casino with too many chips (by too many, I mean a stack or 2).
The casino cashier told me that they have issue producing new chips with B&G (price increased like crazy, and the lead times are not in weeks but rather in generations)

American Gaming isn't bad to work with but I am really having a hard time trying to figure out what you are trying to do.

If you are purchasing shuffler from American Gaming Supply be aware they are just selling refurbish shufflers that are not new. You would be better off refurbishing the shufflers you already have unless you are trying to buy new. The only way to get new shufflers are through Light and Wonder if you are looking for any of the Bally's, Scientific Games, and LNW. That you would need to contact the company directly and setup a contract providing proof this is for a legitimate Casino.

A brand new MD3 is around 30k

Apparently, my casino could find any new DeckMate to buy. I don't know why or if they've searched properly.
I'm aware that the one sold by AGS (or even Gorilla) are refurbished, and I'll of course tell the casino that they are second hand.
I 'll check with Light and Wonder , thanks for the tip

If you are looking for deckmates I can get you refurbished ones for $4500. Light and Wonder is no longer marketing the DM1 because it is "End Of Life" Cycle. They are even tough to get some parts for from LNW because they are trying to phase it out and only offer DM2 support. They are really trying to force casinos to switch to the DM2. However, the DM1 works great once you tune it.

Even you're thinking too small

I write a post on how to fix and maintain a DM1 now everyone wants to buy a broken one. I'm all for it everyone! Deckmate for everyone let's grow this shuffler community!

I have ordered lower end chips from there around 6-8 years ago. They were solid.
