I have a buddy that wants to buy his first set, just checking if someone has something reasonably priced available.

I usually bring my sets to his place but I can't always be there, gotta entertain the wife sometimes too lol.

I'm recommending he gets Majestics from Apache but with shipping and horrible exchange right now for us in Canada, wanna check for less expensive options first.

He's wanting to keep this between $150 to $250 including case and shipping.

I have 1000 CPS Tourney set for $425 USD if you are interested, not sure what "cheap" means anymore with regards to chips.

A 500 chip set of Crazy Horse (relabelled Milanos I'm told ☺) on StraightPokerSupplues is $220 Canadian. With conversion a 500 chip set of Majestics at $180 US would run the same.

Looking for something like that, but used for a little cheaper.

Must have at least these denoms for his 5c/10c cash games and his tourneys (on or the other can do for both):
-5,25,100,500 OR
-5c,25c, $1, $5
