Probably can’t buy these exact setups. For security reasons, it’s probably exclusive for the casino.
Modianos are carried on many poker supply websites.

Agreed, DalNegro are more durable but harder to obtain

I have a setup of King's cards, bought from their website. They are china cards, not the Modianos. As others stated you probably won't be able to get the real cards they use in the casino.
