Confirmed china clay - you can see the "Made in China" stickers on the chips still in the cellophane wrap.

Yeah easiest way to tell is the spotting. All Paulson Pharaoh denominations have the same spotting (dunno what it is - someone more experience can chime in).
And it's not Paulson house mold, either.
