It looks like both are pretty new to eBay with less than 3 items each.

In the description, he/she refers to pictures 'below' as well but none are included.

Something is up... Those might be hacked accounts. Notice the verbiage of the titles is almost identical, even the capitalization. As is the font used in the descriptions. Also, each of the accounts has two auctions up for the same item with the same picture...
