Much appreciation. It's my first time ever focusing on food. I've always just went with "I can outwork my diet" - i.e. go bike 30 miles and then cool down with a nice Chipotle/Qdoba burrito and diet coke. This time it's like 99% focus on food and being conscientious, just getting exercise where I can.Woohoo! Keep it up. Great work, man.
