Hi All:

I have a two bedroom Villa timeshare at the Sheraton Vistana in Orlando. It is a floating week and therefore it is available for rent anytime in 2016 (as long as the first day of the rental is in 2016). The villa has a king bed in the master BR, two twins in the second BR, and two queen pullout sofas in the living room so it could accomodate up to 8. It also has a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, silver, pots and pans), a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, WiFi internet connectivity, TVs in every room, a DVR, and a small porch. The resort itself is great (been there dozens of times mysefl) with 7 different pools, tennis and basketball courts, restaurants, a general store, and lots of kids activities. It is about 5-10 minutes from Disney so it is easy to come back in the middle of the day to hang out by the pool. It is in the Fountains portion of the Vistana if you know the place.

The way this works if you are interested is you tell me the dates you want to go and I'll contact the resort and secure that week (assuming it is available). I will confirm that I have made the reservation be sending you a copy. Then, once you have made payment, I'll tell the resort to change the name on the reservation to yours and have them send you a copy of the revised reservation. I have never had any issues doing it this way and hopefully my reputation on this forum will assure you that this is legitimate.

I'm asking $900 for the week (via Paypal F&F), which is really just about what it costs me in maintenance. If you want the buyer protection for PayPal, just add on another $30. Happy to discuss more details with you if you are interested.
