Im trying to set up a 5c-10c game for 6-10 people with a 25-50 dollar buy in. I've decided to purchase the majestic china clays from Apache since I have bought Monte Carlos from them previously for less serious, games that we haven't been using cash for. How many of each denomination should I be buying? I have attached what I think would probably work out, but I am not entirely sure. I am also deciding to buy the $100 plack and 25 100s for pure fun, since I'd really like to get my hands on a plack and I want to use the 100s for at desk shuffling, since I like how they look. I know there are a ton of chip tutorials on this forum but I haven't seen any that contain chips fo low denoms that include 5c, 25c and also the 50c and I am wondering if the 50c are necessary for a game with such low stakes.

Ditch the 50c chips and get more $1s. If playing 5c-10c blinds your quarters and ones will be your workhorses, so maybe fewer 5c chips too. I recommend 160x5c, 200x25c, 200x$1, whatever else on $5.

Agreed, ditch the 50c. You could probably up the $1 and 25c with that and be set. I have a similar setup posted above of 175 x 5c, 200x25c, 200x$1, etc. and it has been working great.

I run my ten person nickel/dime game with the following 500 chip breakdown. We do a $10 buy in, though. I have 200 $5s and 20 $20 plaques "just in case" but I've not come close to running out of 1s yet.

100 $0.05
200 $0.25
200 $1.00

Since you're already looking at 700+ chips I might suggest the following for a larger bank with a similar number of chips. This should also let you run $0.25/$0.25 through a gentle/shorter handed $0.50/$1 (22 100bb buy-ins at $1 bb)

100 $0.05
200 $0.25
200 $ 1.00
200 $ 5.00
50 $25.00

25~50 are pretty big buy-ins for 5c/10c, most would recommend you move up to 25c/25c. However, there's nothing wrong with deep stack play with small blinds if that's what you want. As others have said, skip the 50c chips they're not needed, and 200 nickels is overkill.

100 x 5c
200 x 25c
200 x $1
175 x $5
25 x $25

Starting stack:
10 x 5c
18 x 25c
20 x $1

Rebuys primarily with $5s. $25s to color up or rebuy if you run out of $5s.

$1750 in bank. Add $5s and $25s if you expect to end up with more cash on the table than that, but if your buy-ins don't exceed $50 you've got 35 buy ins here which should be plenty.
