Sorry not clay. They look like Bud Jones plastic chips. Not sure value, but I wouldn't pay more than $1 USD each, probably more like 30c-50c. If they were from a real casino, it would be worth more.
That's an opinion from a guy who likes plastic chips. Here's one from a guy who doesn't like plastic chips - the suits mold is the bud jones chip that feels the least plasticky. For non-clay chips, they feel pretty good.
I might pay 25 cents apiece for them, if I had a use for them.
They did allow this mold for the home market with hot stamps. The lighter plastic unfortunately also made them the least durable of their options. I bet they were relatively cheap to get, though, back in the day.
